# New user - Reset Shapr3D?

Hello. I am a brand new user. I cannot get Shapr3D to open correctly. It is on an iPad and I was attempting to change the size of the grid.

Grid reads **# NaN mm** and pinching movements do not seem to have any effect. Is there a global reset button or process that I can use to reset everything to factory defaults. Thank you.

Hi,

Double tap on the orientation cube, it will reset the camera position. It happens when you zoom out too far.
