# Overlapping of Lines

Hello Everyone,

When I am sketching of lines in horizontal and vertical they are overlapping. I dont want the lines to overlap, when I am pulling the surface it is breaking or they are mixing up. where ever there is intersection lines I need little bit of bend based on the thick ness of bottom or top Line.

I am trying to achieve mesh design, below is the picture for reference.

Thank you for information but I am expecting the gap less and I dont want that joint. Let me try based on your solution.

You should first draw a zig-zag line, then use the sweep command with a small rectangle and the pattern tool.
