# Parametric tongue and groove, whats you process?

Hey All!!  
I have been working on a lot of CNC boxes and was curious if any od you had a workflow that is quick and utilizes parameterized values?  
I knopw its not a complex task but the way in doing it feel like it could be way more simple and parametric for easier editing.

Just create a cross-section sketch and define the dimensions using the new Variables feature. When you need a different profile, just change the variable values.

Oh nice! I discovered the variables earlier but didn’t have time to look into them.  
I’ll check that out!

Omg I love this addition, ive wanted it for soooo long!!

All it needs now is the ability to reference pre-existing surfaces/edges.

This helped a lot!!
