# Parametrics

Hey, I’m still trying to understand the basics of parametrics and I have 2 questions:

1. How do I set the depth of the table to be changed from 600mm to a different size but still keep the proportions between the top part and the left and right legs to stay in the same proportion (44.5mm)? I tried changing the History settings but always seeing error messages.

2. (Not related to parametrics)  
Is there a way to minimize the measurements window it blocks out a lot of the screen real estate (I am using the 11 inch iPad Pro).
