# Problem opening projects

Recently I am having problems opening the projects, I have never had this problem, as you see the video I try to open a shapr3d file and it stays in the part that says processing and then the program closes, I have the latest version 5.621

Hello JustQuestions,

If you are using a iPad then you might be facing a file size that’s got a lot of big sketches. I have this problem when the sketches are too big, it loads and then crashes. On the MBP the same file / drawing works fine.  
If you are using a laptop or desk top computer then not sure what the issue might be.
