Dear all,
I have problems with my account.
I’ve paid for a year the subscription but the app, continues to appear as a free trial account!!
I use this cool app to work! But i can’t save any files format.
Please , how can i solve this nightmare???
It is very urgent.

Hi Roberto,
**are you logged in both with your AppleID and your Shapr3D account?** If both are true, please tap on the “Restore subscription” button (attached pic)
