# Problem with section view and construction plane

Probably another issue due to me not properly understanding moving the grid…

I am experimenting with creating a sectional view across a construction plane. Here is the plane

I double tap it, as suggested in one of your tutorials (I can’t see any difference in behaviour between single and double taps) and it goes blue

I press the sectional view button, but don’t get the section across the construction plane

What am I doing wrong please? Thanks

Double tap with your _fingers_, not the pencil. Fingers=camera, pencil=everything else.

Ah! That’s fixed it thanks. Perhaps it might be worth amplifying this point in this tutorial
