I have now got 4 sets of 5 circles and I want create 5 pipes with each passing through the the circles I select. Can I do it this way because this is the easiest way to represent what I want.
I want the system to create nice curves in the pipes itself.
Or if not then how can I do this using the circle locations as a guide please?

Loft should do the trick. If you need better accuracy then what the basic loft does, you can add guidelines to define them accurately.

[This video](https://youtu.be/ZQJYXe0f8P8?t=752) from the Shapr3D YouTube channel has some great loft and guideline help.
