# Program installation

Hello!  
Installing through the Microsoft Store is not an option for me and the standalone installer fails with this message: error 0x80070422: Opening the package from location Shapr3D.Package\_5.770.7944.0\_x64\_ARM64.msixbundle failed. (0x80070422)

Any ideas? Thank you very much!

The error message “0x80070422” typically indicates that the Windows Update service is disabled or not running. This service is required for installing certain types of packages, including `.msixbundle` files like the Shapr3D standalone installer.
