# Project won't open

The app on iPad froze so I quit it and tried reopening the file but then it just gets stuck on the loading screen. All my other files open fine.
I also tried opening the same file on my mac, and same result, it just gets stuck on the loading screen 😕
**Mac** :
- MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021)
- Apple M1 Pro
- macOS Monterey v12.1
- Shapr3d v5.261.0
**iPad**
- iPad Pro 11 (2018)
- Shapr3d v5.271.0.4458
Any other info I can provide to help get this resolved?

I have the same issue with my last project.
Rest opens fine, but last one will not open.
