# purple control point not shown

I’m trying to sketch splines as guidelines for the loft. But every time I’m trying to find the purple point in different angles to draw the spline and intersect with the circles, they don’t appear. The circles are copied and not drawn on constructed plane. Is that the reason the control points of the circle don’t appear?
