Hello there,

I signed up for the free trial and forgot to unsubscribe before it had ended. I was billed the full amount of the product automatically yesterday, and am looking to get a refund. I sent a ticket yesterday as well. I was just wondering how long these tickets usually take before they’re resolved, as I am currently in need of the money used to pay for the product for a different matter.

Ticket will be reviewed today, and if eligible, the refund will be processed immediately.
