hello,

I’ve only been waiting for a little while but I had filed for a refund and was just wondering how long does it usually take to get a response and process the refund.

the purchase was made on the website and I had accidentally forgot to cancel the renewal after the free trial. While the software was excellent, I don’t have the funds right now and was planning to purchase later on.
