Hi Shapr3D Team,My free trial ended and my web subscription was automatically renewed and charged.  
I submitted a refund request through the official support center the very next day, and submitted another one today.Although I received the auto-acknowledgement email, I haven’t received any direct response from the support team yet.Since I applied well within the 14-day refund window, could someone please look into my account and process the refund?Thank you for your help.
