What you are asking is for a very organic shape more akin to sculpting which shapr does not do.

However there maybe be a few ways to do this. But it will be tedious. Lofting comes to mind combined with boolean operations.

Providing a few links that will give you ideas to get you started on how to do this.

> I am trying to design a roadbicycle handle bar. The challenge is the shape of the handle bar that goes from X axis to Y axis and to Z axis continuously. I couldn’t figure out a way to do this. Anyone has any idea? Sweep, loft doesn’t work as these work only for sketches that lie on the same axis or plane.
