Hi @chabi, welcome to the community  
Shapr3D is mainly a CAD software for engineering solutions, but as you may see in our _Share your creations_ section, it is a tool for creating unbelievable things.  
For character modeling, it may not be the best software. Those models are usually some kind of mesh models made in sculpting software, but if you have an iPad and a Pencil, you should give Shapr3D a try for sure!
