Is there a way to scale the Sketch and Image at the same time?

When I select image and sketch to scale it, it only scales the image, the sketch doesn’t scale with it togather.

No, but if you scale the sketch, it’ll scale the body created from it. It’s all about dependencies, i.e. the body is dependent on the sketch but that dependency doesn’t go the other way, More generally, later steps in parametric history are dependent on earlier steps.
