# Scaling issue .. I think (beginner)

Hi, so I’m very new to this. I’ve designed a simple “jig” for work. Was trying to have it printed but I’m told it would be very small. Much smaller than I designed. Just looking for any direction or help on where to start fixing this issue.

Export to 3MF instead of STL. STL does not contain unit information, and parts might get scaled when exporting/importing.
