Hi guys,

I am reasonably competent with Shapr3D however I am struggling with an efficient method to replicate this part. I am happy with the scan however what appears a simple shape is really difficult to reporduce. It would be great if I could slice it up and then trace and loft but i cant. Using Sectional view is difficult as you cant see the level you’re at. Keen for thoughts please

Here’s a simple geometric way of reproducing your scan. Starting off with a partial revolve of an ellipse.
