# Separates body - Export

Hi, looking for some advice.

I’ve created a solid body design but when exporting somehow it separates it in two. The case is separated from the block with camera holes; even though shapr shows it as one body.

Haven’t had this issue before so I have no idea what could go wrong.

I’m exporting to 3d max in STEP.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Have a look at your items list. Chances are you have multiple bodies where visually it looks like one. Union the two before exporting.
