# Shapr is broken. Repetition of "Get Started"

I’m a window 11 Shapr user and I’m having problem with logining to Shapr. Everytime I try to login it shows me “Make your design flow” page which is Get Stated page. I finished every basic tutorial and tried to login but it doesn’t work and shows me same setup page. I have a subscription for Shapr. I tried restarting my laptop but it doesn’t work. it’s just a repetition of Get Started setup page. How can I solve this?
