# Shapr wont open.

I’ve been using Shapr for a few years. It’s started out with work not syncing. Did the app repair and reset. No luck there. Uninstalled it and still the same. When I try to open the software it just tells me to go to browser. I can login in online but that does nothing. I even changed default browser to Edge.
