Also seeing this issue on many installs 😕

App installation failed with error message: Deployment Add operation with target volume C: on Package Shapr3D.Shapr3D\_5.500.6004.0\_neutral\_~\_dvv5p1vgwv6mp from: (Shapr3D.Package\_5.500.6004.0\_x64\_ARM64.msixbundle) failed with error 0x8000FFFF. (0x8000ffff)

Do you know what might be causing this?

I see, it can be caused by an outdated version or some firewall settings as well.

Please open a support ticket, share the required details mentioned in the ticket form and we’ll check your case.
