# Shapr3d on Arm after updated

After my arm windows 11 updated the shapr3d to lastest version its can not execute, the starting UI show few second and dismiss, i have no this issue on my previous version, what should i do？

I have two device also having same issue, one is windows 11 on m1 macbook air using parallels, 16gb ram. The other one is snapdragon 8cx gen 3 with 16gb ram and it’s arm64 windows 11. The previous version can work normal on my m1 air, but after the updated its crash… Thanks for your help

Thanks for the ticket, we are investigating the issue!

While we are working on a fix, I suggest using the native macOS app from the Appstore as a workaround.

Hello,  
I have the same issue on my Surface ProX with W11 and the last version of shapr3d dowloaded few moments a go directly from your download page on [www.shapr3d.com](http://www.shapr3d.com)

how can I access to my design without other computer with shapr3d?

We fixed this issue in 5.254 version. Please update to this version and you will be able to start up the app.
