# Show drawings list as sidebar

**The problem that this feature will solve:**

\*The modelling view shows a list of items in the sidebar, enabling quick visual scan, quick selection etc.

But the drawings view currently takes 2 clicks to select a drawing and involves a sidebar that slides out and can’t be pinned. If I have to switch between any number of drawings for spot checks this becomes quite tedious to do.\*

**Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:**

_Changing the drawings list to a sidebar like the model view items list would keep visual consistency along with a consistent UX. And allow for easier switching between any number of drawing sheets._

**What can’t you achieve without this feature?**

_Is this a workflow blocker for you? Yes and no, this feature would streamline the process a lot._
