# Sketch on a plane hidden by a wall of the same body?

So I generally use isolate mode to get into tight areas to sketch, but in this instance I’m trying to sketch on the inside of a cube shaped body and it seems double-tapping the plane to enter sketch mode is pointless because the inner wall then gets hidden by the adjacent wall. So essentially I end up sketching on the outside of the cube. Any way around this?

Try this. Double tap on the plane and select Section View. Now you can sketch on the plane.

Thank you. Here’s another tidbit. When I need to work with the interior of a body I sometime make it translucent. Other times I will make one or more face temporarily translucent.
