# Snapping/alignment tools in drawing mode

**The problem that this feature will solve:**

_I can better layout my drawings._

**Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:**

_Same CAD/snapping tools from model mode + add alignment tools (left,middle,right,distribute equally etc.) to better layout a drawing._

**What can’t you achieve without this feature?**

_I had to ‘open flat’ a model/body to print/cut/make a paper prototype but have to manually align each side since an ‘open flat’ feature like in Rhino7 does not exist yet. Besides that, with alignment/distribution tools, you better create layouts._
