# Soft shapes

I need help with navigating Shapr 3D. I find it difficult to create smooth shapes with Shapr 3D. I’m certainly approaching it the wrong way. I would like to create new forms starting from a similar idea; how should I approach the work with Shapr 3D? Any advice?

Organic items are better made with sculpting apps like Nomad Sculpt and ZBrush, without having to jump through hoops to get it done.

“I understand well… thank you for the tips. However, I would like to engineer the product later on… integrate structures, etc., etc. Perhaps Shapr 3D is not the right tool for this?”

Creating the inner, rigid structures is an ideal use for Shapr3D.
