# Spacing between bodies?

Ok say I have a few different bodies and I want to keep them different, but specific distance from each other or other parts.  
Like distancing shelves away from each other without using the pattern tool.

I know I can add a plane in for a reference, but is there any way to distance the surface of one object away from the surface of another object?

I covered this in this post.

But if you setup Variables and use either Align or Translate tool it will keep the same distance when you change the variables.
