Hello, I applied for an educational license on Saturday, still I didn’t receive any confirmation email! What should I do?

Hello, I applied for a student license and still it’s not activated ! While application I uploaded the bonafide certificate as per the instructions. And after few days I was notified that my student id does not match ! I applied for the student license again and still it is not activated! Even I didn’t get a confirmation email!
