# Student w/o school email address

Hello,

I’m studying furniture and interior design at a public school but the school doesn’t provide email addresses for staff or students. I can submit official documents stating my enrollment status. That is what I did with AutoDesk last year.

The problem is I can’t even get to a screen to upload documents because I see this warning:

Hope we can sort this out because I just discovered Shapr3D and it was just love at first sight. Worth the price IMO but I’m not using it professionally so I can’t justify the subscription right now.
