While writing this topic i already have an idea how to fix it. I will subtract from one object and mirror it, but is there a better way to do it? A faster way or more correct?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, please can you share more information on what you will like to achieve? You can mark out the part of the design you will like to remain.

Of course. I want to take away the middle section they both share, so both cylinders have clear ways. Is there a way to do it with any tool?

Why don’t you simply intersect the two bodies then subtract the result from the original bodies?
