# Surface Modeling and 3d sketch

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on this fantastic application that has become my main 3d software for concept development.
But there is an aspect that I miss and that is surface modeling and 3d sketches for modeling complex shapes for car design. I know that this isn’t the most urgent stuff to add to the app, but do you have a plan for future implementation?

Yes I tried it and it is very usefull for organic shapes that are not so complicated. I think that if there will be the possibilities to create 3d sketches that will cover more use case.

For example last time I needed it I was trying to do a shape like this.
3D sketches would be also very usefull to make cables with the sweep tool.
It would be very usefull also to have the possibilities to add castrains to sketches that are in different planes, so the guided loft would be easier to make.
