# Tangent problem

Hi,  
Sorry My english is not so good. I recently Had a problem. When i draw a Circle and  
Draw a line at the edge the line will not cross or touch the Circle. When i click tangent it will be the same. It wasnt Like that before. Now the Scatch is not close. What can i do?
