# Technical drawing loading problem

The technical drawing view never loads. I just updated Shapr tonight, but this started a few minutes before the update. Need help as i cant finish the project without the technical description.

Please do not forget to share with us the following:

- The version of Shapr3D
- iPadOS / macOS version
- detailed device description
- the workflow that ended up in the export problem like importing from other sources, switching between apps, etc
