# Text will not union with a body

I am trying to union text with a body. I have read the suggestions online, text is .2mm overlapped into body and I also tried unioning one of my letters in a separate body neither worked. I can select the text along with the body as part of the union function and the first time I tried this two bodies did successfully union into one. I have included a screen shot of the bodies.  
I tried on a separate project and text would not Union there either.

It’s because these lines that touch but the letters doesn’t intersect and can’t union.

Either take the letters and reduce the gap between so they intersect.

Or

You can delete that end to make 2 letters interset and you will be able to union.
