# Unable to finish tutorial on Ipad

After 11th task is completed, the program crushes. Every time I try, it happens. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

- the detailed hardware and software specs of the machines you are using
- the version number of Shapr3d you have installed on the devices
- a screen recording of the issue
