# Version 5.380.0 (5188) constantly hangs

This morning I upgraded to the latest Shapr3D for macOS (Ventura) and now every time I attempt to edit an existing project, or even start a new, blank project, the program hangs after a few lines are drawn. I’ve let it go for about an hour before I have to force-quit it.

Is there any way I can download the previous version so I can go back to working?

Things I have tried:

- Uninstalling/Reinstalling the app.
- Rebooting my MacBook after reinstalling

None of those fixes the issue.
