Whenever you enter a visualization in Shapr3D, the program turns off. I’m using two Apple Mac Studio M1 Stuios, and I’m also using it on a M3 MacBook Pro, but the same thing happens.
The program crashes, and when I reopen the program and try the viz again without doing anything else, it works, but if I try to change the color again while working on it later, it repeats.
I’ve tried the error report that Shapr3D automatically generates a few times, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t when the program is turned off. Rule of thumb seems to be about 40% of the time.
I’m designing a project and must have reopened it a hundred times. Am I the only one experiencing this problem?
