Is there a way to check the volume of a geometry?

I work in packaging and when modelling a bottle shape, I need to check if it has the required volume capacity.

Is there a way to set the volume units to ml?

I know how to convert mm3 to ml, but it would be more direct to display the volume in ml when we measure liquids.
