# Webviewer issue

3D models don’t look realistic in webviewer.  
Here is the picture form the Shapr3D app.

The Webviewer uses a different rendering engine, so there is always a difference in the rendering quality, otherwise most mobile devices wouldn’t be able to load the models. There needs to be a compromise in between quality and the file size.
