# Why am I unable to open the shapr3d application on my windows computer

The shapr3d window just close automatically when I try to open the application

I should also have asked if you where at Win11. Announcements has a thread about Win10 not loading.

I finally told my mother to never call me again about a computer problem until she did that. The calls nearly disappeared. Thank god~!
