# Wont keep projection when hit done

Im having trouble with project tool are it is having trouble with me. I open a construction plane, and project to it, when i hit done the projection disappears. I’ve tried the option of edges, and sketches, but to no avail…….

You are getting an “ **Operation would result in an invalid curve** ” error message.
To troubleshoot, I would do the Projection one edge at a time to see where the culprit curve is.

Thank you very much, i have a habit of not looking at the error message, when i did not tap the end of the rod it projected fine…………thank you for your time, videos, and resolving this problem for me.
