Can someone please help with sharing their workflow of how to rapidly edit and make small or minor changes to existing models?

I’d like to be able to copy a model and then edit the sketch for it to then update on the model similar to the way Solid Works and other history tree programs work.
OR
Do I have to re-extrude and redo each step to make minor changes for each iteration?

Please see attached image,

Thank you,
Jimmy

Why not make the minor changes to the solid body(s). No need to change the sketch and remake. That’s the beauty of direct modeling.
