I am trying to replicate the shape of a monolith for interior design and furniture design purposes… I just can’t seem to be able to find the right way to create that… (Mind you I just started learning this app last week) any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Imagine what horizontal cross sections of your rock would look like; say every 6”. Draw these on a set of raised construction planes. Then use the Loft tool to form the rock.
If you are a beginner, start with triangles and simple polygons. Deforming edges with the Transform tool may help. Then move to more detailed cross sections with curve elements.

I’ve tried and it does no seem to want to work… offsetting and scaling the sketch then lofting seems impossible unless I am missing a step?
