The problem that this feature will solve:
There is a setting on the iPad version which let user to choose on what side menu will be shown. That’s very convenient for left-handed people like me to choose right side.
The problem is that on a Mac there is no such option. And when I continue my work on a Mac after iPad I’m always struggling to find the menu. My brain trying to find it on the other side for a couple of seconds.

Don’t having dissonance every time I look for the tool in the menu.

Comfort. It’s not a blocker but its slows me down a little.
