Unable to renew Educational license

Hi, so I’m unable to renew my educational license, I replied to the email saying that is was expired and If i try to send a new request on the app it says that “The email address already has an educational license” but it is expired, so I cant use it.

What can I do? I’ve even tried with a different email address but it says the same.

Hi, please send a photo of your student ID (from your edu email account) to education@shapr3d.com and we’ll review your new request.
