So im not 100% sure this issue is with the Shapr but I’m having what looks like a software issue?
I have exported a file in STL & 3MF to Chitu, files look good and I go to print but it then slices a part out and sticks it together ( phrozen mega & mini)
Any idea what the issue is ?

That seems to be a serious layer shift during the spring, caused by some of the print settings. Please re-orient the part or contact the support channel of the printer, they should be able to help you tweak the orientation and printing settings

There can be many reasons for layer shifting, but most of the time it can easily be fixed by re-orienting the part.
If the model is imported correctly to the slicer, please check the print settings or contact the developer of the printer, they will be able to point at the solution.
