Are you interested in my headphone design project? It's been challenging

Hello, I’m preparing some files including ear profile files in STL and STEP
formats. My goal is to create a new entity by subtracting entities and then use the new entity to generate the shell for the earphone.I am trying to create a unique pair of headphones using a three-dimensional scanned STL file with the help of Shapr3D. In the first step, I imported the scanned STL file of the ear shape into Shapr3D and converted it into a solid entity. Although it has been imported as a solid file, it still appears as a thin mesh. In Shapr3D, I can easily trim and scale this thin solid that looks like a mesh file. However, I am unable to use Boolean operations to subtract and extract the desired parts of the headphones.
