Just such a simple snag.
Windows10, gaming laptop with lots of horsepower, but I cannot tell the version for Shapr3D. I just downloaded yesterday. On step 3, tutorial asked for mouse scroll to zoom. That fails.
Mouse works, zoom works in other apps, but mouse wheel won’t zoom Shapr3D.
How can I get past this? Any ideas?

Please open a support ticket at https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, with the exact hardware and OS specifications / versions. You can also check if there is any accessibility setting that involves the mousewheel, or alternatively any specific settings in the driver of the mouse (if there is any installed).
If it’s Windows, turn on the scroll option when you point to the inactive window at the bottom of the mouse settings in Windows Settings.
